El Juez Raúl Florentín otorgó este viernes medidas sustitutivas a la prisión preventiva al presidente de Cruzada Nacional Paraguayo Cubas, quien dejará la Agrupación Especializada.
Cubas fijó como domicilio el Hotel Armele, ubicado en Palma y Colón de nuestra ciudad capital, sitio donde cumplirá el arresto domiciliario.
La fianza real establecida para acceder a la medida es de 3.000 millones de guaraníes.
El excandidato presidencial fue capturado por la Policía Nacional en cumplimiento a un pedido de la Fiscalía el pasado 5 de mayo en San Lorenzo, acusado de “perturbación de la paz pública”. Cumplía medidas en la Agrupación Especializada.
